You’ve probably heard the saying, “built up walls around your heart.” That’s exactly what a heart wall is. It’s an emotional block you’ve put up to prevent being hurt from others.

When I was about 22 years old, I went to see “The Hangover” in the theaters with my good friend. I was laughing a lot in the beginning, until I realized my friend was sitting there frowning, making comments about how stupid the movie was.
I quickly wiped the smile off my face.

Today, let’s talk about hope and how to find more of it.
What is hope exactly? Hope to me is a belief that everything will work out for the best. It might not be an easy task or situation we will encounter, but we will learn what we needed or be put on the path we were meant to walk. Most importantly, hope is knowing that we’re always supported and being guided through the right doors.
