If you are working through the Joy Cheat Sheet or Friendship Road Map, you may need some inspiration for hobby activities. See below for a list.
But first, what is a hobby?
A hobby is something you do on your free time for fun. You actively engage with the activity, rather than passively participating in it. For example, watching tv shows isn’t really a hobby, because you are sitting there without using much brain power. However, if you enjoy sports, and get friends together to view the game, do fantasy lineups and actively do statistical calculations, that could be considered a hobby. The latter example has more engagement and participation.
Below are some ideas for hobbies. I must mention that I got many of these ideas from two blogs: https://www.mindbodygreen.com/articles/list-of-hobbies and https://www.burlapandblue.com/list-of-hobbies/
However, I did add in many of my own ideas as well.
