Meditation Gatherings – What to Expect

During these Soul Journey meditation gatherings, I walk you through a grounding and protection practice, and then a guided 15-minute meditation.

During the meditation, we often connect with an animal or other Divine being to help us with healing, clarity on life path, or connection to self. For example, during the Owl Soul Journey, you meet your higher self to get answers about how to step into the person you’re meant to be. The owl tells you a message about your life as well.

Establish Better Boundaries

Like it or not, your boundaries are directly correlated to your sense of worth and love for yourself.

Think about it. When you “let” other people walk on you, and disrespect you and your time, you are giving the signal that their time/feelings/projects mean more than yours do.

Being Brave: Thank a Past Mentor

So while I advocate for strengthening your inner authority so you don’t need others to “tell you what to do”, I’m also a supporter of having mentors and learning from others.

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Emma Mitchell a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Emma, we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self-confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?

For most of my 20’s and early 30’s, I had a hard time with my self-esteem, and things easily knocked me down. I realized to be truly joyful in life, it is important to love yourself. Which is why I got intentional about building up my confidence, and still work on it almost daily.

Sometimes the truth is scary, and you may think you don’t want to know if you are hanging out with the wrong friends. But what if I told you that…
