Why your Life may be Turbulent

Over the weekend, I had this incredible meditation that I thought I could share with you.

In the meditation vision, I was shown a wooden ship and was told that in the past, I often connected my stability to others, rather than creating my own foundation. Countless ex-boyfriends, family, pets, friendships, and even jobs were shown. And it made total sense why I never felt secure.

Anytime we base our stability upon those around us, we can never be truly peaceful inside. The emotions, health, and connection to the other person will have ups and downs. That turbulence of their life, if we are basing our foundation upon it, will create never-ending waves and storms for us, too, because we have zero control over their choices.

In the vision, I witnessed removing all these people from my wooden ship and creating my own stability with versions of myself. And I’ll tell you, I felt so much stronger immediately after.

I even tackled a few house projects I’d been putting off because I thought it was a 2-person job. Instead, it became clear that I only needed to rely on myself.

Now that you’ve heard this story, is there anyone in your life you’ve been basing your foundation upon?

What can you do to feel more stable within yourself? [BTW, you can check out the Rooted recording for help with this.]

Like concrete over tree roots, your foundation will never be stable if you base it on someone else’s life.

New Self-Awareness

The beauty of this kind of energy healing meditation is that it will always bring up parts of yourself that you didn’t realize were there. Sometimes it can be a big blow to the ego when you realize your patterns, but knowledge is power. Often you heal it during the meditation or learn how to work towards that journey.

The Elephant Soul Journey meditation was like that. During the Meditation Gathering on 10/11/25, one person received healing from the meditation that was so profound, all of us cried from hearing about her experience during the discussion.

If you missed that Meditation Gathering on the 11th, you can still get the recorded meditation, and the other soul journey meditations here.

Unlock your Purpose and Feel Whole Again

Do you ever feel…

  • Empty, drained, and numb because you’ve poured yourself into everyone else, and now there’s nothing left for you?
  • You’ve lost touch from what you truly want, moving through life on autopilot?
  • Like a bird in a cage, longing for freedom, movement, or something more?

If this sounds like you, don’t worry. You are not broken. And you are definitely not alone.

This “emptiness” isn’t the end of your story. It’s a wake-up call. A sign that your soul is asking for a return to who you really are.

  • Refill your energy and let go of the mundane
  • Reconnect with your inner truth—what you actually want, not what’s expected
  • Awaken your spark so you feel alive, purposeful, and whole again

This isn’t another fluffy checklist. It’s a soul-healing, empowering visualization that gives you clarity on your life path, as well as actionable steps you can take right away.

  • More energy: You’ll discover a renewed excitement for life – you won’t want to hit the snooze button anymore
  • Purpose: A feeling of being more complete – because you have a deep understanding of what fills your cup
  • Inner Strength: A renewed confidence within yourself as you move with clarity and direction
  • The person who looks like they “have it together,” but inside feels lost.
  • The one who’s tired of feeling numb inside and is ready to feel alive again.
  • Anyone who knows deep down: “I’m made for more than this.”

“After doing the guided visualization in Heal Yourself from Emptiness, I felt more relaxed, grounded, and stronger in my heart. Messages I received during it were related to taking steps to being more carefree, taking pottery classes, and being more secure in my decisions and confidence. The messages and visions were clear, especially when I saw my inner child dancing in the meadow! I feel more sure of what to do next to be a little happier in my life.” – Laura S.

“I thought the visualization from Heal Yourself from Emptiness was very neat! I liked how it began with the cloud, then the rain washing through the body, having the vines rooting into the earth. The animal I saw that was meant to symbolize my life right now was a super cute, spotted baby deer.  Even being where I am at, and having an awareness of my life, I can still feel like, ‘Well, what do I need?’, because what we need always changes. I really liked it and I plan to listen to it again. I love the concept of it, which is to discover what is needed to fill the empty feeling… the empty void.” – Christie M.

You don’t have to figure it all out today. But you can take this step towards finding happiness again.
