Some might define bravery as having a fear about something, but going ahead and doing it anyway. Using that definition, bravery comes in many forms, even in every day experiences. Who Would you Be?

Have you seen that show, “The Tourist”? He wakes up in a hospital and has amnesia, spending most of the episodes figuring out who he is (or was). I’ve been thinking a lot about that show. My thought is, why try to dig up the past when you have the luxury of starting everything over?

Art Journaling Event Recap

In early January, we hosted an online Art Journaling workshop.

I walked the participants through a grounding meditation then they each made their own Art Journal at home. Each person had their own thing they wanted to work through, whether it was feeling stuck on a project or in life, or something that they wanted to let go of emotionally.
