Pushing against the flow of life

It’s been a couple weeks since my last newsletter. Did you miss me?

Usually, I try to get a newsletter out once a week, but I’ve been heads down focused on several things (you’ll read about them below). I also took a nice road-trip through New Mexico, Arizona, and Utah with Tim and our two dogs.

One of the biggest things that I’ve been learning these last few weeks is about patience and listening. For so long, I’ve been pushing and pushing against the flow of life, thinking I knew better. And that has only gotten me so far…plus given me crazy fatigue.

Lately, I’ve been trying to listen more and take inspired action when it feels correct.

This is different than action out of desperation. It feels more exciting, light, empowered, and from my highest self.

I’ve also been listening even deeper to my clients, my friends, and the peace in the in-between moments.

Really trying to surrender to the flow of life.

It has been paying off. I’m more relaxed, excited to wake up and get to work, and feeling joyful about my days. Plus, I’m finding that the less I push, the more opportunities are coming towards me.

For example, during a moment of peace, I had the inspired action to create a Clear and Protect Your Energy workshop. It’s like a crash course in energy healing and staying grounded amidst chaos.

I put an invitation out to a small group of people and filled the spots within 2 days. (BTW, I’m putting together another workshop for late March. Contact me if you want to be on the short list).

We finally got to see the Petrified Forest National Park on this trip. What a weird and beautiful place.

Showing AND Speaking Up

I’ve also been working on healing some major stuff around my fear of telling people I’m a psychic.

If you didn’t know, I work with my own spirit guides, angels, and higher beings; do readings for people with their spirit guides and departed loved ones; teach people one-on-one how to work with their own spirit team; and even do energetic/spiritual house clearings.

Sure, I would casually mention it here and there, but don’t really tell a lot of strangers or speak confidently about it in newsletters.

I’ve been doing this work for several years but have always been afraid to talk openly about it, for fear of rejection or being labeled.

But as I often preach, you can’t make good friends (or help others) without showing your true personality and letting people know the real you.

Not to mention that I’m just plain fed up with trying to tone myself down so that everyone accepts me.

That’s playing small and not shining my light, and it’s time to step out of that way of being. I’m helping you all do that, so it’s important for me to keep walking that same path.

It’s taken a lot for me to stand in my power with this, so thank you for being part of it.

Luckily, through this journey, I’ve got some amazing methods that I can share with you on how to find more stillness and surrender, and how to heal your own voice and fears of being seen. Schedule a discovery session to learn more.

Let your voice be loud about who you truly are.

It’s then that you will change the world, find your purpose, and make the friendships you desire.

  • Get REALLY excited about your life, sometimes without even leaving the house!
  • Go from “nothing to talk about” to “she has the BEST stories in the office!”
  • Most people will write out a Bucket List but never do anything about it. I’ll show you how to take action so fast, your neighbors will be wondering where you’ve been!
