Tools for Calm

These wildfires are really getting to me lately, especially because the Derby Fire is only a few miles from our house. 

There’s a lot of energy around transition in the air right now, too. 

Several of my clients are experiencing frustration, discontent, and an awareness that they are ready for some changes.

Today I’m sharing a few meditations with you to help overcome anxiety, figure out what your soul wants, and get some answers about your life.
